When you open an account on rajastar, you agree to our platform terms governing account creation, deposits, withdrawals, and dispute resolution. These terms apply to all users accessing our sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, badminton, MotoGP), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games, and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) across Android app, iOS browser, and desktop interfaces.
Our terms establish what we require from you—identity verification, responsible account management, legal eligibility—and what we commit to: secure data handling, transparent settlement rules, and fair dispute resolution. Your rajastar Account and Eligibility

When you register, you provide email, create a password, and verify your identity via KYP (Know Your Customer) documents—KTP, passport, or equivalent—and address proof.
We require accurate information at registration. False details, duplicate accounts, or accounts created on behalf of others breach our terms. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account violating these conditions. Account closure is permanent; any remaining balance is subject to our refund policy, typically processed within 10 business days to your original deposit method.
Account Verification and Tier Limits
Your rajastar account tier is determined by verification status. Unverified accounts can deposit and play indefinitely, but withdrawals remain pending until KYC clears. Verification typically takes one business day. Once verified, your tier unlocks higher withdrawal limits and faster processing. We may request additional documents (tax ID, business registration) for accounts exceeding certain thresholds or showing unusual activity patterns.

Each payment method has minimum and maximum deposit amounts displayed at checkout. We do not charge deposit fees; all funds credit your account balance within minutes to hours depending on the payment gateway. Deposits are non-refundable once processed, though you may withdraw your balance at any time subject to pending wagering conditions.
We do not accept third-party deposits or payments from accounts not in your name. If we detect deposits from unauthorized sources, we may freeze your account pending investigation. Any funds deposited this way are returned to the originating account only.

rajastar settles wagers based on official outcomes from the respective sports body, game provider, or dealer. For Liga 1 matches, we follow official league scorecards. For live-dealer games, settlement is immediate once the dealer resolves the hand. For slot games, settlement occurs at the moment your spin completes. We do not adjust outcomes based on user complaint; settlement is final once the outcome is recorded.
If you dispute a settlement or believe an error occurred, submit a ticket to our support team within 14 days of the event. We review disputes in order and respond within 5 business days. If we determine rajastar made an error, we correct your balance immediately. If the settlement was correct per our rules, we explain our decision and it stands.
- Push
- A tie outcome (e.g., blackjack hand and dealer hand equal). Your wager is returned with no win or loss.
- Void Bet
- A wager cancelled by rajastar due to market error, participant withdrawal, or rule violation. Your stake is refunded.
- Suspension
- Temporary account lock due to verification pending, system maintenance, or suspected abuse. Account is restored once conditions are met.
- Closure
- Permanent account termination. Reasons include breach of terms, legal order, or repeated violations. Balance refunded per policy.
Your Rights and rajastar's Obligations
We commit to protecting your data through industry-standard encryption and secure server infrastructure. Personal information is used only for account management, compliance, payment processing, and support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or payment processors (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
You have the right to request account closure at any time. Upon closure, your remaining balance is refunded to your original deposit method within 10 business days. You may also request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements (7 years for transaction records, per Indonesian financial regulations).
Prohibited Activities on rajastar
The following activities are forbidden and result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access rajastar services.
- Placing wagers with knowledge of upcoming outcomes not yet public.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate markets or bonuses.
- Using rajastar to launder money or facilitate fraud.
- Harassment of support staff or other users via chat.
- Creating duplicate accounts to exploit bonuses or evade limits.
- Accessing rajastar from prohibited jurisdictions.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
rajastar is operated from servers outside Indonesia but offers services in supported jurisdictions where local law permits. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where rajastar's operator is incorporated. By using rajastar, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive claims in your local courts for disputes arising from your account. Instead, disputes are resolved through rajastar's internal dispute process. If you reject this, do not use rajastar.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes are announced via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the 30-day notice period means you accept the updated terms.
