Installation steps on rajastar
- Download: On Android, visit rajastar.bet and tap the APK link; confirm the download prompt and allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings (a one-time permission). On iOS, open rajastar.bet in Safari and skip to step 3. On desktop, proceed to step 3 directly.
- Install: Android users tap the APK file in Downloads, review app permissions (camera for account verification, location for regional access), and confirm. iOS and desktop users proceed to step 3.
- Register: Open the app or browser, tap "Open account," fill in username, email, password, mobile number, and accept the Account Terms. Verify your email within subject to verification by clicking the link we send.
- Start: Log in, complete basic KYC (upload ID and address proof), and you unlock access to live-dealer lobbies, sportsbook markets, and deposit methods including DANA and e-wallet.
App versus browser on rajastar

Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the Android APK fails to install, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in Settings > Security or Apps > Special app access (vary by manufacturer). Some devices require you to allow installation from a specific app; in that case, use your default file manager (not a third-party one) to open the downloaded APK. On iOS, if adding rajastar to the home screen does not appear, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome or other browsers, which lack the "Add to Home Screen" feature). Certificate warnings on older iOS versions (pre-12.2) indicate your device cannot verify our SSL certificate; upgrade to at least iOS 12.2 to resolve. Desktop users experiencing connection timeouts should clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete on Windows, Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac) and disable ad-blockers temporarily, as some extensions interfere with WebSocket connections that live-dealer video requires.
Data usage, permissions, and account security
The rajastar app requests camera permission only during KYC verification (to photograph your ID and take a selfie) and location permission to comply with regional access restrictions; we do not track location continuously. Each live-dealer session consumes 2–8 MB per hour depending on video quality; sportsbook browsing uses negligible bandwidth. Your account credentials (username and password) are encrypted end-to-end; we never store them in plain text.
