rajastar Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use rajastar and how we keep that data protected. We operate across Android app, iOS browser, and desktop, so your personal information may flow through multiple systems—email servers, payment gateways (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), identity-verification providers, and game studios. We explain each step so you understand where your data goes and what we do with it.

We at rajastar are committed to transparent data handling. We collect only what we need to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, and comply with law. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with marketers or data brokers. Third-party processors (payment gateways, identity checkers) access your data only to fulfil their specific role, and we contractually require them to protect it as we do.

What We Collect and Why

When you register on rajastar, we collect your email address, chosen password, and basic profile details (first name, date of birth). This is mandatory for account creation. We use email to verify your account, reset your password, and send settlement notifications. We never use your email for marketing without explicit opt-in.

Before your first withdrawal on rajastar, we collect identity documents (KTP, passport, or equivalent) and address proof (utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement). This is Know Your Customer (KYC) verification required by financial law. We verify documents against government databases and third-party checkers to confirm you are who you claim to be. Once verified, we retain these documents for seven years per Indonesian financial regulations, then delete them automatically.

When you deposit or withdraw on rajastar, payment gateways (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) see your transaction data—amount, timestamp, account type. We do not control these gateways; they are third-party processors. You consent to their privacy policies when you use their service. We retain transaction logs for seven years for audit and dispute resolution.

Game Activity and Session Data

When you place a wager or play a slot game on rajastar, we record the bet type, amount, outcome, and timestamp. This data is used to settle your wager, track your account balance, and detect fraudulent patterns (multiple accounts, collusion, market manipulation). We also log your IP address, device type, browser version, and app version for security and troubleshooting. If you contact our support team, we may review your session logs to help resolve your issue.

Data Jurisdiction: Our servers sit outside your local jurisdiction. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols (TLS 1.2+, AES-256). We do not guarantee your data remains only in one country.

Third-Party Data Processing on rajastar

We use external providers for specific functions. Identity verification providers (e.g., third-party KYC checkers) access your document images and personal details to confirm your identity. Payment gateways process all transactions. Game providers (software vendors for slots, live-dealer studios) record your session activity for settlement and RTP (Return to Player) calculation. Analytics providers log anonymized user behavior (page views, session duration) to improve the rajastar app and website. Email service providers store your account email and message history.

We have data-processing agreements with all these providers requiring them to protect your data, not use it for their own marketing, and delete it after their contract with us ends. However, we do not control how these providers actually handle data after it leaves rajastar; you may wish to review their own privacy policies if you are concerned.

Your Rights and Data Requests

You have the right to access all personal data we hold about you. You may request a copy in machine-readable format. You may ask us to correct inaccurate information (e.g., misspelled name, wrong address). You may request deletion of non-critical data, though we will retain transaction logs and identity documents as required by law.

You may withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may close your rajastar account, after which we stop collecting new data and delete non-mandatory records within 30 days, except where legal retention applies. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team via email or in-app chat.

Security and Data Breach Response

We at rajastar encrypt all data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits. However, no system is entirely breach-proof. If we detect a security incident affecting your personal data, we notify you within 72 hours (or as required by law) and outline the nature of the breach, data affected, and steps you should take.

We do not retain passwords in plain text; they are hashed with salted algorithms so even our staff cannot see them. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately via rajastar settings. If you cannot access your account, contact our support team to verify your identity and reset your credentials.
